When I was in France last May, I walked passed a little shop that sold all kinds of postcards. My eye fell on the cards of Cathy Delanssay. If you see the above, then I do not have to explain why I walked out with many many of her postcards.

I am a pretty big fan of Pioneer Woman. Her love story kept me busy for hours and hours and I almost fell in love with her Marlboro man myself while reading it. It is a 'must read' for when you have (a lot of) time left. But, another great thing about her, is her Photoshop Action Sets. I have been using them for quite some time now. Being a Photoshop nitwit, these action sets are easy to use and give great results.

Still working on the layout of this blog, I was looking for a twitter button. There's cute Twitter buttons all over the web.

My choice came from a website where you can get the button with an HTML code. That makes it easier to put it on your blog.

New at a lot of things this week

This week I did a lot of firsts. Things I am also sure I will be blogging about in the near future.

-Signed up to postcrossing and sent my first cards
-Signed up to Etsy, started a shop, put a few items up and made my first sale already
-Donated blood for the first time
-Signed up to blogger and now writing my first post

I would love to write a little more, but for the moment I am trying out how this Blogger works and editing the design a little. By the way, my background comes from the lovely site of Aqua Poppy where you can get them for free!
